Dr. Naa Someswara is a well-known writer of medicine in Kannada and was instrumental in popularising science and medicine in the print and the electronic media. He was also the editor of ''Jeevanaadi'', a monthly medical magazine. He completed MBBS Medical degree from Bangalore Medical College in 1986.〔Naa Someswara: (Official website of 1981 Batch of Bangalore Medical College. ), ''Bangalore Medical College Alumini Association'',6 January 2011.〕 From then he was engaged as a Physician. He is the author of many books in Kannada, mainly Elu Suttina Koteyali Entu Koti Bhantaru which won Dr. P.S. Shankar Shreshtha Vaidya Sahitya Award in 2003. He has done Research work in various topics. He is one of the fewest persons who speaks most of the words in Kannada. He is popular for using appropriate Kannada words for complicated words in English. He is also an Indian television personality, who hosts the longest-running game show on Chandana TV known as Thatt antha HeLi, which completed 2500 episodes in June 2014.Meanwhile thatt anta heli has entered Limca Book of Records 2013 as the longest running quiz show on any Indian Television Channel.
